Refund and cancellation

All purchases are final

Once a design is bought, your card is created immediately and is yours to edit and publish. Purchases cannot be cancelled and are not refundable, including if you change your mind or choose a different design later.

Delivery

Invitica is a digital product. There is nothing to ship: your card appears in My cards and opens in the editor as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

Failed or duplicate payments

• If a payment fails, no card is created and any amount debited is returned by your bank or payment provider, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
• If you were charged but no card was created, we complete the purchase. If we cannot deliver the card, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• If you were charged twice for the same checkout, the duplicate charge is refunded.
